Having worked in a successful international career for more than 10 years let me understand the perks and challenges of the corporate world.
Now, I try to bridge the gap between the requirements of today's companies and a work world that is changing fast.Purpose, values, and leadership skills (on all hierarchy levels!) become increasingly important. And only companies that understand this value shift will be able to attract new talent and keep the existing workforce motivated and engaged.Knowing both worlds - as a former member of the corporate environment, and from working with coaching clients who desperately want to leave this world- helps me to raise understanding for both sides and offer solutions that will have a lasting impact.
